• Your lease notes your move in date and time... sorry, no early move in is possible.
• A move in inspection will be completed, the day of move in and before anything is moved in.
• Your first month’s rent is due by August 1 and covers both the first and last month.
• Only the individuals who signed the lease are permitted to occupy property.
• You should obtain renters insurance for your personal contents.
• Late fee of $50.00, if rent is not paid by the 5th of month and then additional $10.00 per/day.
• Utilities are not included in your lease. Contact the utility companies two weeks prior to move in.

• Your lease notes your move out date. No extension of lease is possible…charges will be assesd.
• A move out inspection will be completed, contact the office to schedule time. Any items left at time of inspection will be considered trash and fees will be charged for removal.
• All keys must be turned in at time of inspection or fees will be charged.
• Provide a self address stamped envelope for return of security deposit.
• Balance of Security deposit, with an itemized deduction of late fee(s), damages, cleaning and other fees deemed necessary to restore property back to move in condition.
• Balance of Security deposit will be returned within 45 days of lease expiration.
• Contact the utility companies to have service shut off.
